Thank you for taking the time to view my paintings.
I grew up drawing and painting, having an older cousin
who drew constantly helped me immerse into a world
which saw life from a different angle. Thanks Harry!
I am sure you don't realize how much influence your
art had on me. I was young when I had my family
so college at the age of 29
(when my youngest went to school) was a big deal
for me. Fashion and design was a big part of my life,
handling fabrics, feeling textures,and realizing
colours. I suppose it all comes back to my childhood
watching Harry draw.
As always with life things took a different path which
has helped me to to appreciate that life is too short
and that now is the time and so my lifetime of
drawing and painting became my life. I can't say
I understand what I do or why but over the years
I have realized that there is so much beauty just
within reach and I am so grateful for the opportunity
to be able to see it for myself.
Mmm sounds a bit corny I'm sure but there you go.



Workshops are just starting and this year I felt it
would be great to have taster session on other
meduims I use. I have had a lot of people asking
about differing techniques and differing mediums.
My next workshop is a water colour pouring day.
If you have never painted like this before
believe me you will have a great day
with lots of fun in the mix.
